Zhuohao Car Paint - 1k Silver Basecoat

The refinish series of double layers or three layers include light color, silver, pearl basecoat. The metallic effect is obvious, quick drying, easy to construct.

Substrate: Dried and sanded existing finishes, primers. Sand with 800-1000# sand paper (wet grinding) or 400-600# sand paper (dry grinding).

Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, silicon and other impurities with degreasing cleaning agent.

Mixing Ratio:
(<18º C) 1K Silver Basecoat 100 parts
X-1 Fast Drying Thinner 100 parts

(18-30º C) 1K Silver Basecoat 100 parts
X-2 Standard Thinner 100 parts

(>30º C) 1K Silver Basecoat 100 parts
X-3 Slow Drying Thinner 100 parts

Application Method: 2-3 layers single spray, 15-25 μm thickness, the interval time is 2-5 mins, 20º C

Spray Gun & Pressure:
Gravity Feed Spray Gun 1.2-1.5mm 2.0-4.0kg/cm²
Suction Spray Gun 1.3-1.6mm 2.0-4.0kg/cm²

Drying Time: Spray 2K clear coat in 15 mins to 5 hours

Shelf Life: 24 months if stored in original sealed can at 20º C
Packing: 1 L or 3.75 L
