ZXQ-3Q double-head (inlay chamber) automatic Mosaic machine (pneumatic) is an intelligent automatic Mosaic machine designed to meet the requirements of batch, fast and precision sample making. This machine is used in irregular, not easy to hold the small gold phase test sample for thermosetting plastic pressing molding. After molding, it can be convenient to perform the grinding operation, but also conducive to the microtissue determination in gold microscopic and hardness test. The isolated double inlay chamber can be controlled separately and can be inlaid with two different specifications at the same time.

ZXQ-3Q automatic metallographic inlay machine is the ideal sampling equipment for colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises.

The machine can work reliably under the following conditions:

1. The altitude is not higher than 1000m.

2. The surrounding medium temperature shall not be higher than + 40 and not less than-10.

3. The air relative humidity is not greater than 85% (at 20).

4. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, and corrosive gases that seriously damage metals and insulators.

5. No obvious vibrations and bumps.

6. Gas source pressure is 0.6-0.8mpa
