The rock loading machine is characterized by high loading efficiency, simple structure, good reliability, convenient operation, and wide applicability. It can be used not only in horizontal tunnels but also in inclined tunnels with slopes of up to 30°. It is a key piece of equipment for improving tunneling speed and achieving mechanized tunneling.


 
 
This machine is mainly used in coal mines, metallurgical mines, tunnels, and other engineering tunnels, where it is paired with mine carts or buckets for loading operations. The Z-17W, Z-20W, and Z-30W rock loaders (shovel loaders) are used in various types of mining operations, including non-ferrous metal and gold mining, or water diversion tunnel projects. The machine features a bucket-type design with front loading and rear unloading. It operates on track wheels with gauge sizes of 600, 762, and 900 mm, and is powered by 380V. It is especially suitable for use in curved tunnels during tunneling operations, with a compact structure, flexible operation, and an alloy wear-resistant material for the bucket bottom, ensuring high durability
