The S -M Series Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer is an advanced, state-of-the-art three-phase transformer, meticulously engineered to deliver unparalleled reliability and performance enhancements over the S9 series. By expertly refining loss coefficients and precisely optimizing the copper-to-iron ratio, this transformer achieves a masterful balance of superior loss design and exceptional cost-effectiveness. The iron core is crafted using high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, significantly minimizing no-load losses to elevate efficiency and performance.
For high-voltage windings, an innovative multi-layer structure is utilized. Products up to 500kVA feature meticulously designed multi-layer low-voltage windings. For transformers of 630kVA and above, a pioneering new spiral type for low-voltage windings is implemented, significantly enhancing electrical performance and mechanical strength, particularly during short-circuit conditions.
A standout feature of this transformer is its pan-seal structure, expertly engineered to isolate the transformer oil from external air, thereby preventing oil aging and significantly boosting operational reliability. The intelligently designed oil tank employs corrugated plates to facilitate optimal oil circulation and superior heat dissipation. This elegantly simple yet robust design ensures seamless welding, minimizes the risk of leaks, and thoroughly optimizes fluid dynamics and thermal management.
