First time using

 If you want reuse and recycle hot pack, please wrap stuff with towel or cotton fabric and put into boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes (please avoid surface of hot pack touching heating container directly), wait till crystal structure 100% melt Cautious because hot pack is under status of high-temperature and don't direct contact your skin Do according to step 1 and 2 products can be repeated usage

How the Hot Packs work?Hot Packs are filled with a soft liquid. When the metal plate is clicked, the sodium starts to crystallize and a comfortable heat is released. After boiling in water for 5 minutes, the Hot Pack is ready to be reused.

More instructions for using:
1. Click the metal plate in the Hot Pack 2 - 3 times and the gel starts to crystallize.
2. The Hot Pack heats up to a comfortable temperature of around 55°C (130° F).
3. You get a cozy warmth for about 30 min. To re-use the Hot Pack.
4. place it about 5 min. in boiling water until the gel liquefies completely.
