WPC foamed board extrusion line developed by POLYTECH consists of mixers, feeders, extruders, distributor, extrusion T die, shaping mould, calibrating table, cooling bracket, protect film lamination device, haul-off unit, auto-cutter and stacker. This line has the advantage of high output, stable extrusion and high foamed ratio. The co-extrusion technology increases the surface hardness, decreases the cost and increase the comparativeness. This machine line can also extrude the foamed PVC board with skinning or celuka foamed board, construction formwork etc with some small change of the line. The WPVC board can be used in the cabinet, bathroom furniture, construction material, advertising etc.
