Report Vaner Technology Co. Our team has shipped multiple orders to Vaner Technology with agreed-upon testing and Terms and Conditions. The products sold to the client passed testing at a 3rd party lab. Test reports were sent to the client before shipping and approved by Vaner Technology. Vaner Technology added additional testing on their own accord and found they did not meet their standards. Our team agreed that they could return them at no charge. Vaner Technology refused to return the parts and demanded that our company pay for the new parts they purchased. Vaner Technology still has the parts in its possession, and the total value of the parts being held is $37,376. |
