PtRh13-Pt Platinum Rhodium R type Thermocouple Bare alloy Wire
R type (platinum rhodium) thermocouples are noble metal thermocouples. The diameter of the wire is stipulated as 0.2mm-0.5mm, the allowable deviation is -0.015mm, the nominal chemical composition of the positive electrode (RP) is platinum-rhodium alloy, which contains 13% rhodium and 87% platinum, and the negative electrode (RN) is pure platinum. The maximum long-term service temperature is 1600ºC, and the maximum short-term service temperature is 1800ºC.
