This is a piezoresistive silicon based small pressure sensor, its output is adjusted 0.5-4.5V analog output;
In the working temperature range, it collects pressure and temperature value at the same time,
through the temperature and pressure correction value stored in the chip, to correct the pressure temperature, to overcome the shortage of pressure change with temperature;
This correction is in the whole temperature zone, not only the sensitivity, but also the linear zero is corrected; The power supply of this chip can be selected 5V, or can be customized with a wide voltage 5-18V power supply.
