Step Gauge may also be known as check master.
The calibration with step gauge isaccurate, and practical.
Step Gauge is not only an ideal mechanical reference artifact for calibration, monitoring and traceability of Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMMs), but also for machine tools,machining centers and height gauges.
We has standard gauge blocks aligned and mounted in the groove of body.
The combi-nation of the working surfaces of its gauge blocks can provide standard lengths of uni-direc-tion and bi-direclion.
10mm is the smallest increment which can verify the positioning error of the guide rail and provide precision correction.
Customized increments arc available upon enquiry.
It be used horizontallyor vertically. With its swivel support, it can beused in differ-ent angles.
It can be customised for special purpose.
Nominal length from 300 mm up to max1500mm.
