The head office is located in Quxian Industrial Park, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, with a total area of 50 mu(a Chinese unit). The factory covers an area of over 20000 square meters and the office covers an area of 3000 square meters.

Q: How to get the right product?
A: Please tell us your requirements, first we will recommend standard products. If it is not suitable, we will make necessary adjustments and customization.
Q: Can you customize TFT LCD?
A: Yes, we can customize TFT LCD according to your requirements and provide professional OEM or ODM service. Please tell us your requirements, any drawings or specifications or data sheets. Then our engineers will work out the compatible solution and tooling cost. For customized products, we are committed to long term continuous supply and will never stop supplying.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time for samples is usually 1-7 days for standard products and may be up to 10-15 days for mass production. For customized products, it usually takes 3-6 weeks depending on the quantity and other parts involved in production, such as FPC, backlight, touch screen, IC, etc.
Q: Can you provide TFT LCD with touch panel?
A: Yes, we can provide LCD with capacitive touch panel or resistive touch panel in different sizes.
Q: How long is the warranty and what is your after-sales service?
A: Usually 12 months. If there is any defect within 12 months after receiving the product, please contact us, we will reply within 24 hours and be responsible for repair or replacement.
