Micro downlike fiber is made from polyester but very similar to down, has similar soft and cushy feel,. It's fine and smooth in feeling, but can provide good supporting.
Comparing to real down, it doesn't make molds or worms, more easier to be taken care, and finished products(pillows,duvets) can be washed and dried by machine directly.
It's widely used in down jackets, ski shirts, duvets, sleeping bags, etc.

RE: We mainly produce polyester staple fiber 0.3D-50D and some special fibers.
Have a unique small line to meet demands of new product development and small quantity customization.
For customized products, 3-50 Tons depending on the fiber type and specifications.
Q4. Do you provide sample?
RE: Yes we're glad to offer you samples to check quality before ordering.
Samples within 500g are free, normally can be arranged within 3-5days.
Q5. What is your delivery time?
RE: It depends on the fiber spec and peak/off season also.
Q6. What is your payment terms?
RE: For sample orders, normally 100% T/T in advance.
For bulk orders, it can be T/T, L/C, WesternUnion... it's negotiable.
Q7. What is your transport method ?
RE: For samples, we normally ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, ARAMEX, SF Express, etc.
