Insulation coating of aluminum foil is our lastest product.The surface film resistance of this product reaches 1.1-1.5MΩ. According to the test standard (250ºC.1min), It doesnet take off the film, blister, discoloration. At the same time it can satisfy with the requirement of coining, stretching. It is very suitale for the case of medium and small electrolytic capacitor .

We are an enterprise specializing in the production of various coated aluminum foils with new high-performance lacquers such as hydrophilic lacquer, hydrophobic lacquer, epoxy anti-corrosion lacquer, insulation lacquer, molecular sieve and so on.

How long is per roll? What's the net weight of per roll?
Size of the roll is customized. We will produce as customer request. The estimated net weight can be counted according to foil's thickness, width and length.
Packing Method:
Each roll shall be suspended at both sides of the wooden box. Rolls shall be wrapped with EPE as first layer coupled with silicon gel desiccant in both sides of roll to protect from corrosion, PE film as 2nd layer and then another layer of PE film for enhancing protection.
