1.5 hp Vertical Submersible Sewage Pump Price
WQ series of non-clogging submersible sewage pumps are a new generation of products. This series of products has the characteristics of a design spectrum, wide performance coverage, high efficiency, anti-winding, no blockage, automatic coupling, high reliability, automatic control, and automatic protection. The pumps and motor are coaxial, forming a series with a compact structure that is easy to maintain.
The submersible sewage pump (Hereinafter referred to as an electric pump) is comprised of three essential components: the motor, pump, and seal. The motor, which is a three-phase asynchronous motor, is situated at the top of the electric pump.
To safeguard the motor against water damage and extend the lifespan of the water pump, we employ epoxy resin potting within the cable. Furthermore, our rotor is constructed from 304 stainless steel, bolstering the shaft's anti-rust properties and increasing durability.
The electric pump is coupled with YE3 highly efficient motor with protection IP68 class F,anti-corrosive coating pump case, quality NSK bearings, impeller in two vanes,non-clogging, close but big fluid channels, and discharge port with bolts, nuts, and gaskets.
The pump could deliver water at a temperature not higher than 40 ºC. 10 meters is the maximum immersion depth. The solids passage is from 25mm to 75mm.
The submersible sewage pump is designed for removing civil and industrial wastewater, including foul liquids with solid and filamentary substances.
