1-644A4TB double open coalescer filter workflow
1. Pre-filtration: The medium is filtered through a 4 micron pre-filter to extend the life of the coalescer and reduce the particle content in the filtered solution to meet the requirements for the solid content of the fluid.
2. Coalescence: The mixture of hydrocarbon and water flows from the inside to the outside through the coalescer filter. When the mixture passes through the filter element, the tiny droplets in the dispersed phase converge here, that is, coalesce.
3. Separation: When separating the moisture in the fuel oil, the anhydrous fuel oil and the large water droplets flow to the separator directly at the bottom of the coalescer, the fluid flows from the outside to the inside, and the separator medium is hydrophobic, which can prevent water. Enter, only allow no water to pass through. The water and fuel oil are then discharged through different drains.
