1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

2. How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Quality Control is one of our most important link. We attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production process. All of the product will be fully processed and strictly tested before packaging for shipment.
3. Can I get samples for checking the quality?
A: We are very glad to provide free samples for you to check the quality of our product . The postage fees is usually 30-50 dollars. We will give this sample postage fees back to you after your formal order. After the sample details are confirmed, the express delivery usually needs around 3-5 days.
4. What's your delivery time?
A: It's about 14 days after we received the deposit.
5. What's your payment terms?
A: TT (TT 30% as deposit,and 70% balance payment at sight of BL copy)or LC at sight.
6. Can I visit your factory?
A: We always welcome you to visit our factory. Transportation is very convenient in China. You can take high-speed rail or plane, and we will pick you up in advance.
7. Is OEM available?
A: OEM service is available in our factory, just providing us your LOGO or other kinds of design is all right.
