1.Circulating load and constant load test: 1000 hours continuous running test per load type, failure-free. Circulating load test process: From no-load (6 minutes), 25%, 50%, 75% to 100% load (15 minutes per step) circulating, total circulating test time:1000 hours.
Constant load test: under full load situation, continuous running time:1000 hours.
2.Reinforced crankshaft neck design, better shock resistance. LC196F engine is designed for 1000 hours reliability.
3.Voltage Regulator uses aluminium alloy cover, better heat dissipation and water-proof performance, more reliable.
4.New air duct design, makes the temperature of alternator 20%lower than normal design, enhances the service life of generator.
