ATS System
If the generator set will be used as a standby power, the auto transfer switch (ATS) is necessary and essential. Because ATS can automatically transfer load from Mains power to generator set. In normal, when the Main power fails or voltage drops below 80% of the normal voltage, ATS will auto start standby generator set after a preset time of 0-10 sec (adjustable according to the users). Once generator reaches at rated speed, the ATS will transfer the load to standby generator sets automatically.Quality Warranty Period
One year or 1000hours from the genset's delivery from the seller, subject to whichever comes first. Customers can have get the warranty from both the engine or alternator suppliers and also from King Power during the warranty period. We promise to test every generator set before delivery.
After-sale service
King power provides free technical support and spare parts during the warranty period. We can also provide support to the customers, if the customers need us to help fix the installation or commission, only charging the necessary fees. All life-span technical support on line can be offered freely.
Package & Payment & Delivery Date
Package: PEE/ Ply-wood packing.
Payment term: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance shall be paid before delivery. Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Price term: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW
Delivery time: 20-35 working days after getting the deposit.
