The filling quantity and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily and the accuracy is high. Filling stud adopts anti-drip, anti-drawing wire and lifting filling device; this machine can be refitted into multi-head, explosion-proof, overflow filling system according to customer's demand. Ideal filling equipment for pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, oil, wine, pesticide and special industries. The main power of this machine is air source, customers should equipped with their own air compressor equipment.
This machine is controlled and driven by compressed air, so it is especially suitable for use in explosion-proof and humid environments, with high safety.
Because of pneumatic control and mechanical positioning, the filling accuracy is high and the precision can be controlled within ±1%.
With wire rod and counter, the filling quantity can be adjusted accurately, and can be reflected intuitively in digital form.
According to actual needs, we can switch freely between manual and automatic filling status.
The normal configuration is horizontal and vertical type(filling volume is 5-5 000 ml), which can be added according to material filling process, such as heating, stirring and so on. Other specifications can be customized.
