At Fuan Dongchai Power Co., Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
Our warranty covers our gensets for a period of 1 year or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first. During this time, if any quality problems arise that are caused by our genset-body and not external or natural reasons, we will provide free spare parts for replacement (shipping not included). Please note that quick-wear parts such as water tanks, gaskets, AVR, bridge groups, brushes, air breakers, meters, and others are not included in the warranty coverage.
In addition, we offer a 6-month warranty for the start motor, charging alternator, injector, controller, and water heater (shipping not included).
Rest assured that our team is committed to resolving any issues that may arise within the warranty period. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction.

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your generators?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 1 set.
Q2: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: The lead time is typically 20 days after receiving your deposit. However, if your order includes special engine and alternator specifications, the delivery time may be longer.
Q3: Can I have my own brand on the generator?
A: Yes, we can accommodate your own brand on the generator, but we require your authorization.
Q4: Which port do you use for loading?
A: We can load the generators at any port in China, but usually, we use Fuzhou port.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T with a 30% advance payment, and the remaining 70% should be paid before shipment. Alternatively, we also accept L/C at sight.
Q6: What is the size of your factory?
A: Our factory, Fuan Dongchai Power Co., Ltd., covers an area of 14,800 square meters and employs 80 staff members.
