A: We are a professional eBike and Bicycle Manufacturer with 6 assembly lines, and an in-house alloy frame and fork production workshop, an in-house painting production lines (3 liquid lines and 1 powder line) as well as a comprehensive testing lab with all ebike and bike testing equipment available in Tianjin, China. Meanwhile, we have overseas assembly plants in Poland and Portugal.
Q: Can I order a sample? And what is the regular lead-time for a sample?
A: Of course, you can! We would be glad to offer you a sample for quality inspection. The lead-time for a sample normally takes 20 - 30 days depending how complexity of the product could be.
Q: What is the lead-time for an official order?
A: Normally, if the production is made in our factory in Tianjin, China, depending on products specification, it shall take 45 - 60 days from the day we receive your deposit; However, if the production is made in our overseas factories, like Poland or Portugal, it shall take around 120 days.
Q: What colors are available?
A: As an OEM manufacturer, we could almost make any colors according to your needs.
Q: Can I have my own customized products?
A: Of course, you can! As an OEM manufacturer, we offer customization products and services such as colors, logos, designs, packagings, owners manuals, etc. However, this would require a minimum order quantity, please feel free to ask us for more details.
Q: What kinds of payment terms are avaialble?
A: Our company's main payment term is TT 30% deposit, balance at sight against to the copy of BL; However, we could also accept irrevocable L/C at sight if your payment exceeds 100,000 US dollars.
Q: Can I mix different models and colors in one offical order?
A: Yes, you can. However, it is not recommended to place a mix order with more than three models especially when they are in different packaging sizes. Because different packaging sizes will affect the maximum utilization of the overall container space, thus increasing your transportation costs.
Q: Should I order spare parts for the first order?
A: Spare parts are very necessary for the after-sales services. We'd high suggest that you order some spare parts especailly the electric components together with your official order. We could give you some suggestions on e-parts qty(s) based on our experience if you need. Pls feel free to contact our sales representatives.
Q: What are the terms of your warranty?
A: We provide standard warranty time. Please contact us for detailed warranty terms.
Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: We regard quality as the "life" of the factory, and we always attach great importance to quality control from the initial to the last step of container loading. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packaging and transportation.
Besides:
1. Our in-house alloy frame/fork production workshop, the in-house painting workshop ensures our ebike/bike frames and forks achieve the highest industry standard of finish ;
2. Our testing lab is equipped with all kind testing equipments with the same testing methodology as SGS / TUV to ensure the IQC and FQC to meet the highest level of the industry standard;

Founded in 2015, Zhongxin (ZX) Power (Tianjin) Bicycle Co., Ltd is a leading and professional E-bike and Bike manufacturer with R&D, production, and sales integration. Covering an area of 30,000 square-meter site in Balitai Industrial Park in Tianjin Jinnan District, ZX Power now owns 6 assembly lines with annual capacities of 400,000pcs for ebikes and 600,000pcs for normal bikes.
