It is a 100% cotton thread specifically designed for sewing cotton garments that are to be post dyed. For untreated 100% cotton fabrics, the soft cotton thread is produced from high quality, long staple cotton and is the ideal choice for sewing untreated 100% cotton garments that are to be post dyed.
For mercerized 100% cotton fabrics, the mercerized cotton thread is produced from high quality, long staple cotton specially treated under tension to provide greater luster and higher strength. The mercerizing process also gives the thread a high affinity to the dyestuffs used in post dyeing, making it an ideal choice for sewing mercerized 100% cotton garments.

Post dyed light to medium apparel
Features:
Available in soft and mercerized finishes to match the fabric finish
Mercerized to give better affinity to dyestuffs used in post dye applications
Low friction sewing lubricant helps provide good sewing performance
High luster and good strength
Excellent dye affinity for garment over-dyeing
Colors can be dyed according to our color card or your own color card or color samples

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Delivery :Transport by sea ; delivery time : 30-40days after receiving your deposit

Payment method : TT / LC
payment term : 30% deposit in advance ,the balance paid before shipment by BL copy.
