Impact crusher is a new kind of high efficient crusher, which is developed from the hammer crusher and it is used widely in the cement industry. Usually it is used for the corase crushing, secondary crushing and fine crushing of the mid-hard and soft rock, such as limestone, sandstone,coal and clinker. It is small in size, simple in structure and high in crushing ratio, effective in energy saving, high in capacity,uniform in particles and selective in ore crushing.

Working Principle of Impact Crusher:
The electric motor drive the rotor to high speed, when the material was fed to the crushing chamber from feed inlet, the material will be struck by the plate hammer on the rotor, then will be thrown to the impact plates, after struck repeatedly, the final products will be discharged from the crusher.
