1000~2000mm 4-Jaw Independent Chucks

1. 4-Jaw independent chucks jaws are available from 1000mm to 2000mm outer diameters; Large size and other number of jaws can also be provided on request. These 4-jaw independent chucks are mainly used on horizontal lathes (general purposed lathes and oil country lathes), vertical lathes, welding positioners, induction hardening machines, pipe cutting/welding machines etc.;

2. A1, A2, C, D types of back mounts of number 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 15, 20 among which the most popular back mounts are A2-11, A2-15, A2-20, A2-28. Also these chucks can be made to have large bore to fit on oil country lathes. Other types back mounts on the independent chucks can be customized on request;

3. Top jaws on these 4-jaws independent chucks are available as 1-piece type, 2-piece type, and bolt-on independent box type for heavy stuff holding on the machines.

4. Chuck base are made of casting steel or cast iron and chuck jaws are made of forging steel hardened to HRC 55;
