1. The fabric is polyester and cotton blend, feel soft, wash resistant, less wrinkles after washing, more stable size
2. There are hand holes on both sides of the top of the quilt cover, which is easy to disassemble and assemble the quilt. The four corners of the quilt cover have straps to fix the quilt, so that the quilt and the quilt cover are more fit. 10-11 needles per inch can keep the bed stable and will not break under force during use and washing.
3. The fabric is treated with mercerization, glossy, cleaner cloth surface, pre-shrink treatment, more stable size, room temperature washing size change within 3%.
4. The dyes used in the process of fabric processing meet the requirements of OEKO- TEX STANDARD 100, do not contain azo, can be used to fit the skin.

-Yes we could. Even though we'd prefer a ready sample, we could also work base on the design or specification of the products. It would take several back and forth for our Developing department to confirm the details with you. And then, we could make final samples base on your requirement.
