Nonferrous Metal Forging Press is designed for extrusion forming of nonferrous metals, such as pure aluminum, zinc, copper, and more.
Extruded products by the hydraulic press exhibit a compact grain structure, offering enhanced toughness, higher tensile strength, improved compression resistance, and superior resistance to bending.
1. Frames and cylinders are steel wire winding structure, which ensure high loading capacity and longer service time.
Smaller size and light weight will reduce user's cost on transportation and plant space.
2. Adoption of rolling guide and movable working table makes forging step in the middle of working table.
3. Adjustable guides of slide adopt four corners and eight faces structure, ensuring high guide precision and stronger resistance of deflecting load.
4. Integrated valve block means reducible pipelines, no leakage and good reliability in hydraulic system.
5. Ultra-high pressure booster and valves realize 80MPa working pressure, which can minimize the shape size of the powder press machine.
