1000mm Two Layer PE LLDPE Warp Cling Stretch Shrink Film Making Machine Preservative Film Extruder for Food Packing Film
Usage:
This machine is used for the production of plastic LLDPE wrapping film, stretch film and fresh-keeping film. The products are widely used in food preservation, commodity packaging, and containerized pallet packaging of bulk goods. It is a better substitute for heat shrinkable packaging film in transportation.
Performance characteristics:
1. Using several different grades of resin to produce self-adhesive single-sided stretch film and stretch film, the film has high tensile strength, puncture resistance and impact resistance;
2. The whole machine adopts full frequency conversion control, and the frequency conversion speed regulation is stable, efficient and low in energy consumption;
3. The product adopts a one-time molding process, and has a special edge material reciprocating collection device, which can be used together with the waste edge crusher;
4. Fully automatic mechanical roll change, saving labor and time, non-stop operation, and neat roll change.
