Owing to the ambiguity of many documents and deficient information about site and the Owner's requirements, the department design is determined temporarily as follows; Necessary supplement and cancellation will be made with the deeper communication with the Owner.
2.2 The Seller shall supply the main mechanical equipment, electrical and instrument equipment of the production department which will effect the production capacity and economic index.
2.3 The Seller shall provide the technical training for the Buyer's personnel
