1000tpd white cement plant
1.Design principles
Therefore, the design hereafter supposes to establish a production plant of 1000t/d
clinkers white cement r. We put the following principles as the design direction:
a. We take the core value of "stable operation, advanced technology, saving
investment and improving performance" through the whole design, that is, we
ensure to meet the standard requirements and productivity under condition of
stable operation. What is more, with advanced technology and equipments as
most as possible, the product cost will be decreased and good performance will be
achieved;
b. Studying the previous projects, we ensure to realize the goal of "lower investment,
high reliability and high performance";
c. The technology is top, stable and developed in China. All the equipments are
advanced and with superior quality;
d. Taking energy saving seriously, the production cost is declined by energy-saving
processes and electrical and mechanical equipments.
Production process
2. Product
In the design, the key proprieties of the 1000t/d clinker white cement project are as
following:
1. Production is white cement .
2. Annual work runs 310 days, eight hours per shift and three shifts per day;
3. Heat consumption of clinker is not more than 1250 kcal/kg clinker without bypass;
4. Power consumption per tons cement is not more than (98kwh/t;)
5. Vertical mill is used to grind raw material and the system ;
6. The calcining system makes up of the rotary kiln sized Φ4×60m with 5-stage cyclone
pre-heater;
7. Cement mill is of 1set of vertial mill,
8. The clinker modulus of design:
Lime saturation factor: KH=0.90±0.02
Silicon acid modulus: SM=5.20±0.10
9. The design employs distributed computer control system with properties of advanced
technology and stable performance.
