Q1: Does the price include or exclude controller, inverter?
A: The Price is only for wind turbine, if you need whole system which includes controller
and inverter, batteries and pole, pls contact our sales for a detail quotation.
Q2: What's the difference between 3blade and 5blades wind turbine?
A: Our small wind turbine have 3blades and 5blades model. If local wind speed is slow
suggest to choose 5blades model, it's easier to start to run.
Q3: How can i fix wind turbine on the pole ?
A: For small horizontal axis wind turbine with pole connection, we have flange and hoop
for choice. The later one is easier to fix on the pole. Pls let the sales know your choice.
Q4: How to protect wind turbine during strong wind?
A: All the wind turbines are protected by controller. While the battery is full or wind speed is very fast,
the controller would start a short circuit to slow down the wind turbine. Meanwhile, our model from
RC-2K to 10K wind turbines tail could fold to slow down the running speed as a protection as well.
Q5: What's the warranty ?
A: Wind turbine warranty is 1 year. lf it happens, we will send you spare parts for maintance,
For distributors, we will prepare few spare parts in the package as a storage.
