1. Washing and Screening System
The excavator feeds raw materials into the mobile trommel screen which have hopper and primary screen. The primary screen is to screen the larger sized gravel to avoid clogging the hopper. At the same time rinse the material with water. Then the materials will into trommel screen which has 2 screen mesh(5mm and 15mm) for second screening. And it will be divided into three types, less than 5mm, 5-15mm and more than 15mm. (5mm and 15mm screen mesh just for reference, we can do what you want)
2. -5mm Alluvial Gold Concentrating System
The alluvial gold below 6mm enters the centrifugal concentrator to produce the concentrates and tailings. Concentrates enters the shaking table to produce the final concentrates. Tailings enters the sluice box for recycling again. One centrifugal concentrator works and the other one removes the collected fine gold. Same as sluice box. The time for manual cleaning on centrifugal concentrator will be 2-6 hours later. The time for manual cleaning on sluice box will be 4-6 hours later.
3. 5-15mm AlluvialGold Concentrating System
The alluvial gold between 6mm and 15mm enters the vibrating sluice box to produce the concentrates and tailings. The time for manual cleaning on vibrating sluice box will be 4-6 hours later. Same as carpet sluice box.
4. +15mm Alluvial Gold ConcentratingSystem
The probability of gold in the +15 mm material is low, so manual picking is recommended.
5. Final Concentrates Processing System
The collected concentrates from contrifugal concentrator, vibrating sluice box and carpet sluice box will into shaking table and then get the final concentrate.
