1. Production Overview
The solenoid valve of 1013 series is a family of rocker diaphragm valve with 1.5mm orifice
diameter, controlling the switch of fluid flow path. This series solenoid valve is a high
performance, low cost and maintenance free rocker diaphragm valve with multiple model options,
which are suitable for different reagents under different working condition.The life cycle of
valves can be operated more than 2 million.
1.1.Characteristics Of 1013 Series
Orifice diameter: 1.5mm; small resistance along the way
Large flow: CV≥0.03; flow≥5.1g/s(differential pressure 50KPa, 25ºC, pure water)
Small dead volume: zero dead volume inside the solenoid valve
Multiple option for wetted material:
1. Body material: PPS, POM,PTFE,PVDF.
2. Seal material: EPDM, FKM,FFKM.
