Bessel Metal cutting Laser head
Bessel lens consists of Axicon lens and two sets of Focusing lens. The collimated light passes through the Axicon lens to form the Bessel beam, which is non-diffractive and has concentric rings of each having the same power to one another. The ring diameter changes with the change in focal depth, but the ring thickness remains the same. This type of ring-focused beam is much suitable for material processing application with the diameter to long depth ratio. Below picture shows the basic optical design principle of Bessel lens. 1.Clamp the No.1 piece on the No.3 piece, pay attention to the length of the clamping position as shown in Fig.3, and fix it to the designated position. 2.Keep the incident light parallel to the axis of the No.2 part, and the angle error is within ±2'.
3.Adjust the working distance to the WD size marked on the outline drawing. Note: The laser beam must pass through the center of the Bessel lens to achieve better results.
