The water-cooled copper box cooling water is connected to the existing water-cooled plate cooling water. 
     The water-cooled copper box is a consumable, and its life is greater than 3-5 months under normal use conditions, and simple and necessary repairs can be carried out after disassembly. Material: The product is manufactured by vacuum casting process, with high copper purity, good thermal conductivity, no porosity, trachoma, looseness and other casting defects;
      The safe and reliable copper steel welding process is adopted, and the weld meets the requirements of high temperature and high strength; The internal use of spiral water cooling channel, the water flow resistance is smaller, the cooling effect is good;
      Thermocouples are installed at the return to monitor operating conditions and prevent damage to the furnace lining or oxygen gun due to collapse or large scrap of steel, so that the system can adjust parameters and gradually restore the original settings during the smelting process.
