Floor Model Food Mixer for Commercial Restaurant
We can do OEM and ODM to meet different market positioning with different configurations:
Capactiy is ranging from 5L to 100L, table top and floor models.
For bodies there are cast-iron material which is more stable and welded-steel which is economical, the painting is electrostatic, you can choose different colors, the white color painting is treated specially and will not turn yellow easily.
For Transmission, both belt driving and gear driving are available, belt driving is more easy for after-sales service, and gear driving is more powerful.
The safety guard we have stainless steel grid type and transpearant plastic type for 8L, the gap of the grid can be customized.
Bowl lifting, we have lever and wheels, the lift lever is more fast, but for more than 30L machines, even 30L, we suggest to use wheels, which is more convenient.
Safety features: the machine will not operate if the bowl is removed, lowered or the safety guard is open. Some countires have specific requirements, for example, Italy requests the machine should shut off if this cover is opened more than 8mm. Some countries require the mixer without safety guards.
