Q1.What is your lead time for a 40 HQ?

A:It takes about 15 days, but the first order production takes an additional 5 to 7 days. The specific lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q2.What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and the balance 70% before delivery. We'll show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3.What is your Incoterm?

A: EXW, FOB,CFR,CIF

Q4.Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce as per your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q5.What is your sample policy?

A: For our exist samples, they are free but need freight cost.
For customized products, cost is depend on your design(including size, material, printing and so on). Shipping time around 3-5 days.

Q6.Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
