We promise your parcel will be packaged very well. Our carton is designed by professional supplier. Shock proof test and drop test passed.Inside the carton, we will sealing each parcel with adhesive tape to ensure safety delivery. For and damage caused by delivery, we will replace it for free.
Detail
1. Packing: 100 meters or 25 meters, 20 meters each roll, or as customer request,then into carton.
2. Delivery: within 15 working days after payment.
3. Transport: door-to-door or port-to-port, by sea or air, by express such as DHL,FedEx,TNT, EMS for sample.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons. we can also pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment≤2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>2000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
