Lamella Clarifier
Stacking the inclined plates allows the separator to have ten times the clarification area of a traditional circular sedimentation tank occupying the same footprint, and the compact footprint significantly reduces the space required for clarification equipment. As everyone's requirements for equipment are getting higher and higher, more and more users are choosing Lamella clarifier.
Working Process
Lamella clarifier is mainly realized by using the principle of gravity sedimentation and sedimentation separation structure. The sewage enters the Lamella clarifier through the water inlet pipe, and then is evenly distributed into the sedimentation tank through the sewage distributor. After entering the sedimentation tank, the flow rate of sewage drops rapidly, and the sludge falls to the surface of the inclined plate. The rising sewage causes more and more sludge to be intercepted by the inclined plate. Under the gravity, the sludge in the mud bucket is scraped by the sludge scraper.
