110kv High-Voltage Switch Outdoor Three-Phase AC Disconnector

 GW4-12, 24, 35, 40.5, 72.5, 126 series outdoor AC high-voltage disconnector (hereinafter referred to as disconnector). It is suitable for power systems with a frequency of 50Hz and rated voltages of 11, 24, 35, 40.5, 72.5 and 126kv, and is used as a voltage no-load time division circuit. Among them, the anti-fouling type isolation opening can meet the requirements of users in heavily polluted areas, and can effectively solve the pollution flashover problem that occurs in the operation of the isolation switch.
This disconnector and the attached grounding switch, each is equipped with an independent operating mechanism, in order to ensure that the operation sequence between the isolating switch and the grounding switch is correct, this product is equipped with a mechanism interlocking device, 30-110kV grounding switch is divided into type I and type II, 15, 220kV is type II., and the dynamic and thermal stability value of type II earthing switch is the same as that of isolating switch.
This product is available in the following different sizes:
1. According to whether there is a grounding switch, it is divided into: non-grounding, single grounding, and double grounding
2. According to the use area, it is divided into: ordinary type, anti-fouling type.
The characteristics of this series of isolation switches: (1) the connection end is transitioned through soft connection, and the conductive contact is reliable: (2) the ground knife adopts an external closing arrangement to ensure the reliable insulation distance of the ground knife to the other live end during the closing process: (3) GW4-220 type is equipped with folding and stacking ground knives to reduce the space occupied by the ground knives.
1.1. Environmental conditions for the use of the product
1.1.1 Altitude: 1000~3000m area.
1.1. The ambient temperature shall not be higher than +40°C, and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than -35°C (not lower than -40°C in alpine areas).
1.1.3 The wind speed shall not exceed 34m/s.
1.1.4 The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.
1.1.5 The thickness of the icing shall not exceed 10mm.
1.1.6 Stain-resistant products are suitable for heavily polluted areas.
1.1.7 It is not suitable for places with flammable substances, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
