Drum wood chipper (new model) is a kind of special equipment for wood chipping. Widely used in shaving board, chipboard and paper mills and other industrial production.
This kind of machine is mainly used to chip wood logs, wood cutting remains (wood branching tree stumps, branches, etc.) and waste material from wood working industry (slab, lath, logs core and waste veneer, etc). Wood chip size is adjustable upon clients' requirements. It can also cut non-wood materials, like sugar cane, bulrush,gross bamboo and so on.

Product details :
It mainly consists of body, knife roller, top and bottom feed mechanism, feeding device, hydraulic system.
Knives was fixed on the roller by special bolts. As different thickness of raw material, the top feed mechanism could be adjusted automaticly, then chips drop through screen, chipping again for large size material.
By hydraulic system, the cover shell of machine could be opened freely, easy for user to replace the parts and knives, also convenient for adjusting the space between knives and dead knives.

The structure of drum chipper: knife rotor, feeding rollers, feed and discharge conveyors, hydraulic system and other parts. The body of drum chipper made of high strengthen steel, the moving knives on rotor could be 2 knives, 3 knives, 4knives. The moving knife fixed by high strength bolts and press board; hydraulic system helps chipper has ability to process different diameter materials
