FOTON TM light truck cargo box has a load capacity of 5 tons, which is able to meet all kinds of daily transportation needs. The cargo box is made of Q355 manganese plate material, which is stronger and tougher than Q235 carbon steel material, and can maintain no deformation or breakage when bearing large pressure, which is wear-resistant, durable and reliable; it has superior corrosion-resistant performance and longer service life.
When welding cargo boxes, we use robot welding technology. This technology is able to control the welding parameters in a constant manner, reduce the influence of human factors on the welding quality, reduce the labor cost and production cost, and improve the production efficiency and labor productivity. At the same time, due to the high precision and stability of the welding robot, the welding quality during the production process is more reliable, reducing welding defects and improving product quality.
Before the trucks are loaded, we wash the trucks, and when the surface is free of water, we spray wax on the surface and then transport the trucks to the port of embarkation. During transportation, the trucks are usually transported by bulk carriers. In order to avoid rusting of the trucks, we will insist on putting the trucks in the cabin of the ship, which can well avoid the problem of rusting caused by seawater corrosion during transportation.
After arriving at the shipment port, our personnel will check the trucks for scratches and breakage, check whether there is anti-rust wax sprayed, to find out the problems and solve them in time. Truck keys has two sets, we will alone send one to you by DHL.The one sent alone can prevent the problem of not being able to start the truck, and also avoid losing the keys at the port, reducing unnecessary costs.
