Product Description
We are factory specializing in the manufacture and export FRP Crossarm.
FRP crossarm, fiberglass crossarm, GRP crossarm
1) Power lines cross arm and cross bar (anti-corrosion, insulation)
2) Size: 51× 51× 3.2 mm, 76× 76× 6mm, 85× 85× 6.5mm, 100× 100× 6mm
3) Color: Red, black, yellow, gray
4) Length: 6 feet or 9 feet
5) Both ends of rectangular tube are equipped with FRP cover.
6) Customer size, color and length are available.
7) High Strength, Corrosion resistance, Chemical resistance, Aging resistance, insulation.
Pultruded products
A Brief Introduction
Pultruded Products are panels with open space, assembled, through a specially designed process, with "I" or "T' shaped bearing bars and interlocked with solid rods or tubes, which are all pultruded.
Properties of Pultruded Products
Pultruded Products have most of the advantages of Moulded , but with even more obvious characteristics, one of which is that the bearing bars contain a high rate of fiberglass roving (65% to 70%). Compared to moulded , pultruded gratings are more suited for big span situations, therefore reducing basic supports and engineering costs.
Chemical Resistance:
With good quality resins like ortho, iso, vinyl ester and surface veil, Pultruded Gratings have good chemical resistant
properties.
Light Weight:
Only one quarter the weight of steel, Pultruded Gratings are easy to move around.
With 35% resin and 65% fiberglass, Pultrusion Products enjoy a higher strength to weight ratio.
Protection from Ultra Violet Ray:
By adding a UV inhibitor to the polyester surface, Pultrusion Products gain optimum UV resistance.
Fire Retardant Property:
According to the engineering requirements, Pultrusion Products can reach higher fire retardant standards of high oxygen index, with the certificate approval ASTM E-84, grade 1, flame spread 25, or even higher depending on the projects requirements.
