ZBW Combination Transformer Substation, also known as European Boxtype Transformer, is a whole compact distribution equipment which combine with High-voltage Switch Cabinet, Low volume Distribution Panel, Distribution Transformer and other systems of energy measurement and power compensation. High-voltage main switch uses import or domestic pneumatic and vacuum high-voltage load switch (or SF6 high voltage load switch), distribution transformer uses good quality omnisealpower transformer or Epoxy resin isolation drytye power transformer. The top of cabinet is with steel plate clamp rock wool structure which has
ventilation duct, can reduce the solar radiation effectively and ensure the heat dissipation. The surface of whole cabinet shell sprays special primer and paint which has strong anticorrosion ability.
When users required, the cabinet shell can made with aluminum alloy panel, stainless steel panel or composite plate. And inside can be divided high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber respectively. Also be equipped with teperature control automatic exhaust device to ensure the temperature range. Each units has impeccable control, charged display and lighting system. The apparatus equipments are accord with IP33 protection requirement, have reasonable design, structure and technology, with good quality, easy maintenance, safety and reliable.
3. Use Condition:
(1) Altitude: Below 1000m;
(2) Ambient Temperature: -30°C~40°C;
(3) Related Humidity(RH): Below 95% (±25°C);
(4) Wind Speed: Below 35m/s;
(5)Horizontal acceleration of seism should be slower than 0.4m/s², Vertical acceleration should be slower than 0.2m/s²;
(6) Should not have conductive dust, corrosion gas to metal & isolation material, or any dangerous gas which will cause inflammation and explosion;
(7) Installation site should avoid acute shaking, vertical gradient should below 30°.
(8)Location :Keep the substation away from gases and vapour harmful to conductors and insulation,corrosive chemicals,fire and explosives.The ground tilt angle is of no more than 5 degree.
