Q: How long is the lead time?
A: It's normally five to ten days. Certainly it depends on the quantity and product requirements. If the quantity is not that large, 10 days or so. If it's normal products, it takes us less than 10 days to produce it. For large quantity and customized products, it needs 20 to 30 days.
Q: How do you control the product quality?
A: From material coming to product manufacturing, we have professional staff who are responsible for quality inspection. Only the product is up to standard, can we ship it to our customers.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A:FOB/CIF/CFR,normally with 30% deposit for normal products and at least 50% advance payment for tailored products and all balance paid before shipment.
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: We provide one year warranty for our customers. If there is any problem occurred to the product, we could supply the spare parts for you for free. During the warranty period, we would provide technical support with you in case there is any question.
