In general, corrugate sidewall conveyor belt is used with conveyor which angle is ≥30°, and it can also used with belt conveyor for horizontal, short distance transportation(there will no separator in this case). Corrugate sidewall belt adopts base belt, sidewall and separator(no need in horizontal transportation) with trough no more than 0.03, and completed by twice vulcanization. Compared with similar products which are made by adherence, the corrugate sidewall conveyor belt by twice vulcanization has many advantages, such as high adherence, good flexing, separator not easy broken and dropped, which can extend the service life significantly.
