Ceramic fiber vacuum form shape is made from made of ceramic fiber bulk as raw material, use metal mould and vacuum forming process. Complex and special shape can be customized.

† EH-Entirety harden Type (dry / add entirety strength / organic)
† PF-Pre-fire Type( without smoke / low shrinkage/ inorganic)

1260 Shape made from ceramic fiber bulk (Al2O3+SiO2), It is produced by wet vacuum forming process. After drying, finish grinding, cutting and other finishing processes to ensure the shape's precision. It has excellent mechanical properties and wind corrosion resistance, and can be directly used for thermal insulation on the hot surface and high temperature equipment.
