The air compressor temperature sensor is specially developed for the screw compressor in the compressor industry.Imported thermal resistance elements are selected.The probe material is SUS304 stainless steel.The product has the characteristics of accurate temperature measurement, shock resistance, vibration resistance, oil leakage prevention, no drift, long service life and so on.
The working principle of the sensor:
When there are two different conductors and semiconductors to form a loop, its two ends are connected to each other, as long as the temperature of the two nodes is different, one end of the temperature is called the working end or hot end, the other end of the temperature is free end (also known as the reference end) or cold end.
The resistance value of material properties conductor changes with the temperature change, by measuring the resistance value calculated the temperature of the measured object, using the principle of the sensor is the resistance temperature sensor, this sensor is mainly used for temperature measurement within the temperature range of -200-500ºC.
