Product Description
In General
Yikun Electric is manufacturing polymer insulators up to 230kV and supplying to power utilities all over the world. Our polymer insulators have also been put in reliable service on electric locomotives and high speed EMU trains both at home and abroad.
We produce various types of polymer insulators including suspension type, pin type, post type, etc. And each type of design of our polymer insulator shall be technically verified on its electrical and mechanical characteristics before massive production. Strict routine testing shall be performed on our polymer insulator before ex-works to guarantee its quality.
We have obtained a complete set of type test reports for our polymer insulator and its polymeric housing also passed 5000-hour weather ageing test in KEMA laboratory.
