Instructions for use
1. Direct look-up table operation method
Step 1: Positioning and winding of the combination of the winding molds. According to the required motor, check the operating instructions or the combined wire mold positioning parameter table in the "New Technical Data Encyclopedia of Small and Medium-sized Motors", and select the combined wire mold D1, D2 or D3. String the required combined wire molds on the special fixing bolts in turn, level and tighten them, and then fix the upper and lower connections on the mold base according to the size of the scale plate according to the length L of the winding wire mold obtained by looking up the table, and install the anti-deformation at the same time. The bracket can be installed on the winding machine to wind the coil. For the combination of various types of windings, please refer to the operation example of the universal winding mode of the motor.
Step 2: Detach. To remove the windings, simply fold the upper and lower combined wire molds to the center, and rotate the coils appropriately to remove them all at one time.
Step 1: Measure the original length of the burnt coil to determine the approximate size and shape of the original coil.
Step 2: According to the relevant size and shape of the measured coil, the size of the combined wire die D and wire die L required for the corresponding width (radian) can be determined.
Turn length C = width Dπ + length 2L
The selection of D1, D2 and D3 combined line modes of crossed and concentric windings should be calculated and determined according to the actual size difference of the original lengths C1, C2 and C3 of each winding of the group of coils.
The widths of the concentric winding combination wire molds D1, D2 and D3 are separated by a certain range: below 20KW, they can be separated by 20mm or 25mm, generally 20mm.
The cross-winding combination wire molds D1 and D2 can be separated by 5mm or 10mm in the width range: 1~18.5KW, generally 5mm.
The determination of the wire mold length L of the winding should be reasonably controlled according to the actual size requirements of the coil turn length. Generally, the remaining length after the combined wire mold is determined is only required to be appropriately 20-40mm longer than the core length.
