Q1. What is your terms of packing?A: We generally pack our goods in transparent plastic bags and brown cartons with protective accessories. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letter.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB or CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: It will generally take 30 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. For stock order, it will take 7 working days after receiving your advance payment.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to bear the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we do 100% inspection before delivery

A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q11: What's your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 60pcs/size/fitment, can mixed with 2 colors. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
Q12: How to deliver your wheels?
A: We cooperate with very reliable shipping company and agent, if you dont have your own agent, we can help you and give you suggestions and the most economic way for shipping by sea or by air, you can choose pickup wheels from the nearest port or at your shop.
Notice: We have a large stock of alloy wheels, retail and wholesale is both acceptable for us.
